Hi,

Its been a while since I posted here..

First off, how well would a E5200 with 2gb DDR2 6400 (p5q-em) mobo run terragen 2 compared to the pc I currently have, P4c 2.8ghz northwood 1gb DDR 3200.. Would there be a large increase?..

Also if anyone has a E5200 how well does it perform in your opinion?,

An E5200 would be a significant increase because it has 2 full CPU cores running at 2.5Ghz each, and it is also a good deal faster "clock-for-clock" than a P4. It would be a significant (and cost-effective) upgrade.
