Still playin' with rocks.
This reminds me of some sort of Loch Ness Monster type creature. Made purely from the the rock object.

Very good approach, I like the voronoi-cracks (I always do ;) ).

Take a look at the attached image. It shows the setup for some organic looking cracks and bulges.
The part on the top-right with the 'mix vector' is the interesting part ,-)
