"...Travelling through a distant location in space, we've found this small rocky planet. Chemical readings of terrain and atmosphere reveals that this planet was long ago populated by many lifeforms. It had big forests, breathable air for majority of species, gargantuan oceans and vivid rivers of the precious liquid: H2O.
We've found fossiles that dates up to 436.000 years old, including ones that seems to be a very intelligent ape exemplar, called 'humans' by our acestrals. They said they caused the destruction of their own homeworld, named 'Earth', by themselves. It is now a arid landscape in almost every location, but some of their buildings still can be found deep below the surface. They polluted the air and water, and killed the other native species... But they still called themselves 'intelligent' until the end of their time..."

Another little story made for a render...
Thanks for viewing! C&C welcome! ;D

Yeah, definitely agree with that! ;D
Ooooo I like this. Nice surfacing on the ground. I love the "blow out" lighting on the left, works really well with this scene.
Miles
P.S. did someone mention naked ladies?? ;D

Oh, sorry!
They're actually out of the camera's FOV... ::) ;D
Aha.
Hope everyone knows I'm being silly. I really do like this and think your lighting is great and love the way you've done your rocks. I was quite happy without the token nude sexy hot glassy-eyed doll face. Good work.
Are you thinking about making some sort of foliage somewhere? Or has Earth really cooked its goose?
