Title: Algarve Coast - WIP
Post by: Tangled-Universe on April 12, 2009, 12:13:43 PM
Made this one this afternoon.
Took 2h50m to render because of the water and crazy depth.

Will add some features and other interesting stuff once I have finished my Jungle thingy...

Thanks for stopping by!

Martin

Impossible! My April calendar sheet has an image almost exactly like this one here!!!

.. and btw, this is looking very good, Martin. I'm sure it's going to be brilliant once you added some stuff to it :-)

This certainly is reminiscent of the area 'Lake Powell' at the Utah/Arizona border ... fine work here Martin!

Magnificent.  Reminds me of the movie "Waterworld".

This reminds me - your tutorial / TGC...should we still expect it?

Nice. There is a feeling of big scale here due to the subtle small shore area differences like around that lone outcrop and suitable water surface. I don't know what is giving this shore effect (maybe an accident) but it gives scale.
