Looks like a night scene to me. As that, the "moon" lighting is very nice :)

Mysterious scene. Great atmosphere. Nice subtle reflections on the water.
Great night scene, probably my favorite.
I do have a problem with those reflections though, they don't look right. The reflection on the water is the brightest part of the image (wheras the moon should be) maybe lower the reflectivity of the water?

You are right I did not lower the reflection enough on the water which is too intense!
