We just bought TG for use in a large project pitch. While we used it, there wasn't enough time to really learn the program and put it to full use. This is my first post here, and before anything, I'd like to thank the TG support team, and John McClusky in particular for helping me get a bit up to speed on a Sunday to get our project done in time. Never had such a rushed turnaround in my life for such a large-scale concept. In the end geo was exported and rendered in maya MR, but I'm continuing development on a digital env. for when the project undoubtedly comes to us;)
This is a test for clouds that I'm starting to get happy with. Fun program. I'm addicted.

good job on this one ! ^^
coming along nicely! well done, especially considering that you have just started to use TG2. Shame though that you had to use maya for rendering just the TG2 exported geometry. Looking forward to see more from you.
Cheers,
Frank
Thanks guys. I should thank you doubly, since it was no small help, the cloud tutorial you put on your site and NWDA. The TG stuff you have going on there is great, and stuff like that provided the inspiration to push this into production at our studio. Thanks for the great info you've posted, and I do hope to have more to contribute.
I do wish we could have rendered directly in TG, but alas, I had one weekend to learn the program, and one work day to put it all together;) I'm still not sure about getting cameras to line up properly, but I'll be testing more rigorously soon.

I like these clouds and atmosphere. They have a nice painterly quality to them.
Fine work - good clouds and fine terrain. Nice lighting.
