Grabbed a dem of the Mission Hills park area near Fremont, California. Added some dirt and some of Walli's grasses and a couple hours later this one was ready to go.
When I zoom the image to full size, and then look at the bottom part, I can easily picture myself sinking into the soil with my previously shiny new rubber boots .... and struggling to pull it back out again ;D
There's an awesome amount of surface detail in there, too!
Cheers;
Frank
Yeah, great dirt!
Ryan, this is fantastic ...dirt pack soon?
Very soon. ;D
Good grief that's good looking dirt. It's hard to excited about dirt but you've gone and done the trick.
First cane rock; then came water; and, then came the dirt ...can't wait for this one!
Love your blending of voronoi, works really well. The soil looks pretty dry and solid under foot to me. New wellies Frank?
what are "wellies"?
The dirt is dry on the surface, but you'll actually sink in once you crack throught he upper crust and never be seen again ;D
