I think that the HDR was pushed too far in this image, but the view is spectacular. This reminds me of the Sedona area in Arizona.

It is from the Sedona AZ area. Actually, all photos of Sedona I have ever seen sport the same, madly saturated look, so I assume that it is a really RED terrain making a wonderful contrast with blue sky and green leaves.
