Title: voroni spikes and perlin strata WIP
Post by: mhaze on August 10, 2009, 05:16:34 AM

As the title suggests this is a mix of voroni spikes and efflux's perlin strata. I've still some refinements to make and some buildings to model and add.
C&C invited.

Looks very exciting :) I love the style :-*
Perhaps some big mushrooms would fit in here?

I expect cute little elves running around rescuing a princess. 8)
The style is really unique. Great job!

I don't know... the style reminds me somehow of the attached image. Is there a word for it? Looks like a children's book gone steampunk, I don't know. ;)

The trees in MacGyver's pot would look great in mhaze's work.

Mad... it looks like if you pushed a bit of it, it would all wobble in undulating waves of weirdness, with the white veil of sugary mallow stuff shimmering in a hypnotic translucent efferesence of light...... sorry, I think someone slipped a trip into my tea.

Great image and techniques.
cheers, Simon.
