composite/matte painting or CG or real photo??
I'm going with painting/composite on this, too much detail in the road/foliage around it for me to think it's CG.
Composite - due to the appearance of the middle-left amalgamation. Otherwise, I'm not sure.
Both. Mattepainting technique with 3D and real images.
Composite. The road is too detailed and natural to be anything but a photo while the building looks CG-ish.
Composite. I do like the building. Looks model railroad inspired.
It's all made out of Play-Doh®....
The scenery looks real... the detail on the path, I don't think anyone could replicate that detail in CG. The Building looks CG, and too convenient get such a dramatic shot.... with a rainbow to boot. Although, it could all be real and just been HDR'd to the max. Damn nice picture though.
Inky, do you know? Or this an exercise?
Matte Painting/composite, pretty much the same thing really :)
Nicely done although the scale is a little off as is the lighting.
I love being a critic, hehe, I could not do even close though ;D
Richard
What a wonderful find!! I hope I live long enough to see something like that rendered in TG3. Well, perhaps TG3.1
Richard, I've seen some of your stuff. It's good, and you could come close. Also, you are a great critic. ;D
I still say composite. Is there an answer?

nah, just curious.... found whilst stumbling around the interweb!
I think it is a composite, possibly with 3d elements, though, this is tenuous... I like the picture though, i found it intriguing!
