Title: Planetary Grass Shader - Evolution
Post by: dandelO on September 09, 2009, 01:48:54 PM
This is the finished(*) grass shader. It's just the PGS - Evolution shader after the base colours node giving the scene colour.

Thanks for looking! :)

Give me half an hour...

Shouldn't be too heavy at all, Seth. My computer isn't a reliable source for calculating render times, the images in the file sharing thread are taking me about 4 hours at home on my own computer.

At the moment, I'm on someone elses machine, dual core 3.4ghz, using the free version and at full pelt, 800x453px, detail=1 AA=3 I'd estimate about 30 to 45 minutes, maximum. I'm rendering it now so I don't have the correct times. I'll repost when I do...

Seth: On the above machine ^^ and as close to the original file as the free version can get gives me this result, my guess was just right...
