Just this message to say thank you for the great vegetation you did !
I am having a damn good time with it !  :D
I think everybody should, at least, try the free plants he already gave to us.

I have to say thank you, because you create such nice renders!

By the way - I have a plant creation tutorial in the pipeline, which will cover the entire process from Xfrog to Terragen. When I find time somewhen in october, I will finish that. And it will also contain the files, so even if you are not interested in the tut itself, you might want to get the tutorial files ;-)

Oh that sounds really great! Really looking forward to that :)
Will the turorial also encompass how to shoot/make your own textures?

Texture creation was not planned - but it would make sense for the complete procedure, thanks for the hint!

Texture mapping would also be great to have included in your tutorial. It looks like this project may be a small book.. 8)

Now there´s no way back ;-)

I did the first step of the tree tutorial. To be honest, it´s just the preface - but its a beginning ;-)
The next post will continue some infos on how to create textures.

Looking forward to the full lecture! This really looks like it could be one of the best plant tutorials out there.

I wish my German was better... Great looking site. I am already wondering how the Xfrog plant lectures might work with Blender. 8)

I can speak American Gibberish with the best of them; there are many dialects. My English teachers tried to get me to work harder, but I was bored. I had read all of Mark Twain and Shakespeare by third grade. The stuff the teachers had us do was just stupid until 11th grade. Diagramming sentences, reading books which were supposed to be 'Classics' or socially uplifting. Most of the stuff was liberal rubbish.
That is my compliant for the day, thank you for reading! ;D
