Here's a new one. Trying to give the impression of a ruined/abandoned city after some sort of neutron bomb attack.

It's pretty good. More color and detail in the city structures, like the aircraft has, would really make this stand out.

Yeah, I see what you mean, but the idea (lazy) was to give the effect of dust everywhere.
I might try and improve it though.

I would do all the work in the 3D app. you used to create the city. A surface shader can then be applied in Terragen 2 to cover the appropriate places with dust. Using a slope constraint should do this. By using two surface shaders, one could be for the lighter dust on windows/vertical surfaces, the other can be deeper for the horizontal surfaces.
