Title: Interface problems with Mac
Post by: pclavett on October 10, 2009, 04:11:19 PM
Hi all mac users !
Anyone get this interface duplication (or corruption) other than me (see attached photo) ??? I get these once in a while after working with TG2 for a certain period of time...mostly after an hour or two ! I can barely see the commands when this happens but if I can catch a piece of the render button it does render well with no problems. After I save my work, close TG2 and reopen it... it starts out fresh with a usable interface. Most of the time when it does occur, I save, relaunch and start back... which is not a big problem but just annoying !!! I have not had a crash with this so it is relatively minor. Jo can likely enlighten us into why this is happening. Note that this occurs on Leopard (10.5) and I have not yet had it on Snow Leopard (10.6) although my exposure with the latter is limited. Take care !
Paul

Here is a link which documents the problem you are seeing.

Perhaps the nest release will have fixed this.

Hi,

This is fixed for the next release. This problem would also happen on Windows but it isn't so obvious because of the different way the OS draws the controls. It's unrelated to the problem njeneb mentions, but thanks for the link anyway njeneb :-).

Regards,

Jo

I have noticed how helpful everyone is on the forum. I have learned quite a lot from it. Just trying to give back a little. :)
