A similar world to Leonis Prime Just played around with the mountain displacments
trees are my own
ships are from skynet couldnt be bothered modeling my own atm
57min render time ;D
planets and postwork done in photomatix photoshop then finished off in lightroom
(5 exposure levels)

Oh, I've looked at it and didn't comment, shame on me :-[
Another lovely piece as always ;)
Another great looking render. I like the way you border your images. I may do something similar in the future. It seems to make them 'pop'.
Where they goin'?
Very nice. I like what you do.
those ships look pretty serious.
i like the sheared displacements, it goes well with this render. :)
I like the displacement on the mountain ....
It has more details ...
NKAID...
I really enjoy your renders! Perfect cinematic work!
57 m seems very quick - are you putting all your main displacements in, and then generating a heightfield to re-use for quicker rendering, or do you just have a monster rig? :)
I do like the displacements on the mountain, and you always seem to get very dramatic displacements. Do you have a particular set of shaders/heightfield operators you always use?
57m at that resolution; I agree, that's insane :P
Very nice image!

I use a geocontrol export
and add a simple power fractal and a twist and shear shader thats all!
I use a simple sharpen filter in photoshop just to bring out some of the hidden details aswell
