Title: Thanks Dune and dandelO
Post by: littlecannon on October 19, 2009, 12:48:31 PM
Thanks Guys ;D...  think I'm getting the hang of this One Population Colour Variant technique. What a great idea and fantatsic result, obviously this render doesn't do it justice, but does show that it works (You knew it worked anyway... but now it works for me :)). Wouldn't even have thought this was possible without multiple pops.... but it seems we/you/all of us are finding ways to expand the possibilities of TG2. Keep the ideas coming people, it's a pleasure to be involved here.

Cheers,
Simon.

looks good so far. :)
maybe you could try using a smaller object (like a grass patch), with a denser population and then paint on to it?
i bet that might look better.

Yeah... this isn't a scene exactly, it's just to try out the technique (default scene with one population). I'll use it on other projects.
Simon.
