Inspired from RArcher Golden forest (thank R.Archer) I've rendered this image and posworked with PS CS...

They both look like they could be Battle Star Galactica planet settings. BSG uses lens filters to change the light for location shots.
In addition to everything else, I like the pov that shows of the tall trees and the rough hill/mountain. You've got something good going on here.
thanks everybody...
Ive tried to render this one Big but it was scary :'( :'( :'(

That last one needs a light in the distance as if someone is lighting their way through the failing light.
Hi Mr LP...
may be this one...

The latest one is pretty good. It's a bit like looking through a sheet of plastic because of the abrupt end to the cloud in the foreground. It also need something as a subject. A large hero rock, or an object. Some of my images suffer from this. I don't notice until I look at them several times.
i agree with njeneb,
the last one looks best to me too,

thanks...I'll try to add a huge fake stone ...

I would go for an object, even if it is a rock. The fake stones shader works best as a populating tool.
