I'm newbie in TG 2. And i need your help. Tell me, please, how to create an atmosphere as the attached picture?

Since you said you're a newbie I might suggest you try doing this through image maps rather than functions. I did something similiar once with this method and I'm sure I'm not the only one. The hurricane pic on terragen official gallery is made with this method too atleast I think..

First you need to create alpha map of the hurricane. Nasa satellite images of hurricanes etc are a good way to avoid lot of work and they are already high resolution to have enough detail. When you have your image map finished you link it to the blend shader of your cloud through a colour adjust shader. You can also use the blend shader of the cloud fractal to have some extra detail...

Here's an example image of a scene that I used this method. It has 2 cloud layers. One which is mapped with an image and other is just default cloud layer with some additional adjustments..
