Since I couldn't find a recent link to this, I thought I'd share http://www.clouds-online.com/ , although I'm sure at least some of you know of it.

I had memorized most of the common cloud names when i was in high school back in the start of the 90s. Of course many of the students always wondered what i was looking at.    ;D

These are still to me the most difficult to re-create:

Not exactly. They're very easy to draw, which is recreating them on paper. So, technically anyone can recreate them.  ;)

Perhaps, with some nice paint strokes using a certain flat or fan brush or using a ink pen using a similar series of layered stokes but i'd love to see them done in Terragen 2 or any software for that matter as what i was referring to which i should have emphasized on in my previous post.

If Volker is keeping up with the posts, I'll bet he has some thoughts of how these clouds could be done.. (Probably with 96 separate node trees all input into a merge function.  ;D)
