some of you probably remember this render from last March- http://-zagadka-.deviantart.com/art/The-Dream-Ends-at-Dawn-2-116900561
this is a follow up to that,

enjoy
c & c welcome.
very good one, very pleasant to look at. Sit and dream.
Don't think the larger cloud patch is ideal, but it's not so important.
Cheers,
Frank

Exactly what I thought (except for the clouds, doesn't bother me much), very calm atmosphere, very inspiring mood. One thing that caught my eye was the similar size of the trees on the left, perhaps some variation in height would make it more interesting?
Nice follow-up! :)
Very nice! I would advise the horizon to make a little lower (1/3 of scene).
i have made some changes, njeneb that the terrain was too flat, so i increased the displacement amount slightly and lowered the scale some, so now it looks abit more hill like, made some height variations in the trees, and changed the distro. of the grass populations, and last i added another tree population to cover up the plain terrain in the distance, on the horizon.
the next render is on the way :)
Sounds great, I like your flexible appraoch to images :)
version 2
2400x1800 ;D

I like the way the trees catch the light. Very cool.
As njeneb says, very cool. I like what you've done with the clouds. I've seen that effect in real life. It looks like bluish-gray clouds in a yellow sky close to the sun, and overhead, you can see that it's really yellow clouds in a bluish-gray sky. ;)
Even better! Especially the trees behind the trees ;D The lighting's also very good. And it's poster size. Aaah, so many improvements :P
dreamy...
thank you all guys, :)
this went alot faster compared to the "noble giant" renders.
i added a little bit of reflectivity to the aspen leaves, like .25 i think
after i install windows 7 64bit i'll render it at 3200x2400px! ;)
