Crimson Sea II is on the way... 2560x1536px

I like the image. But I am thinking about abandoning Deviant Art. Every time I go there, my computer's CPU maxes out. There is something not right with that site...

Have you tried a virus/spyware/adware/trojan/worm scan? It might be slowing your CPU and making websites load slowly, especially deviantART.

It's not a virus, worm, or anything like that. It's the ads and the cookies. They (deviant) sent over two hundred cookies onto my browser. It was all trackers.

Try wiping them after every time you click a deviantART link.

I know it's abit unrelated to the forum, but try Avant Browser, it has and inbuilt Ad and Popup blocker, or try firefox with the no-script plugin. they should stop your deviant art woa's
