I would ask if it was possible to create a background for my forum. I do not really have time to do it by myself and I am not an expert software Terragen.
You may be familiar with the game Ogame. This is the theme that I would have liked for my forum in the background.

my question is: is it possible that someone could do such work? And does that must be paid worker (pub?, Paypal?)?

You should ask about this in French. I can stumble through it enough to get an idea of the topic. Babelfish can translate what I can't figure out.
You need some backgrounds done for a game? There are lots of planet renders in the image section of the forum. I would ask permission to use these, but it would get you started.
