here it is, my first render with 2.1.18.1 :)

c & c always welcome
It looks plain , simple and like kind of a casual PHOTO that someone who is a good photographer has taken.
I like this render :)
Kadri.
forgot to add the Wip
i have planned more for this, it was just that it was late and i was in hurry to go to bed, plus i really wanted to see what looked like in hi-quality and hi-res.
This work is moving in the right direction! Great scene!
A hero rock or one tree in the distance is all this needs.
there will be a noble one tree & more clovers in the next render.
More samples for clouds and sky would make this richer - more contrast in the sky. Otherwise, it smells like a Saturday afternoon. ;D

oh yeah, forgot to mention; i did that too, i increased cloud/atmosphere samples and tweaked the cloud fractal shader some.
but i wont know how it really turns out til i get home this afternoon.
second render-

Very nice render, reminds me of an earlier work from Saurav Subedi :)
Everything looks good and pretty. One minor thing is that I find the clovers distractingly big. I'd reduce them by 50% and also make the size variation a bit stronger.
Maybe an extra grass and flower species could make it look even more natural and realistic.
Splendid clouds by the way :)
Martin
It's almost perfect. The clovers are too large, TU's suggestion is right on.
BAM! Fantastic improvement, couldn't believe my eyes :o Yeah, I support the move to smaller (and then perhaps more?) clovers. Super lightning, bought! ;D
thank you huys, for the comments and suggestions, i'll get to work on the changes in a few days :)
Hi ZAGAD...
the clover? aren't they that little plants that their petal don't exceed 1/4 inch..?
Otherwise , very nostalgic render ...btw try to make a render with "le VIEUX" tree in the file sharing...
N.KAID
added walli's DNW flower, more clovers - plus its at a pov that is closer to the ground..
the next version will higher off the ground.

Really like this image.
However, I still think the clovers are too big (~4x) and perhaps the clouds are a bit too bluish, though I don't find it that much distracting.
Looking forward to see your next iteration.
Cheers,
Martin
I liked the light-blue colour and overall sunnier second image better from a lighting point of view. The addition of the flowers is nice though!
Lovely clouds and landscape. I do agree that the clover would be more realistic if it were smaller. Linda
Great lighting - this is nice and realistic, but could do with a tad more contrast maybe :)
Got it! It's not the clover that's too big, it's the grass that's too small. If the grass would be really more than double the size and more randomly scaled it would be perfect. You could also add a little DOF in the foreground to show how small the clover is.
Btw, I think the clouds are really too blue and the contrast is too low.

Looking at the base of the tree you might have a good point here.
However, the size of the tree could be 12-15m and then imagining myself standing just in front of it I wouldn't find the grasses that small/short.
I think the "truth" is somewhere in between. Grasses might be increased in scale and clovers decreased.
The DOF is a nice suggestion to add some more realism and fancy-ness.
Yes TU, I think you're right. I looked at the picture again. Compared to the tree the clover is still way too big, but nevertheless I think the grass should be a lot bigger.
i have made some changes to the grass/clover distrobution, both the grass and clover pops now have identical paint shaders as the blending shader, one is inverted and the other is not
the problem i encountered before was that, the smaller i made the clovers, the less visible they appeared through the grass, you could hardly see them.
right now i'm working perfecting the sizes and distrobution of both, it takes abit of time to render
