That's a neat piece of sci-fi work, not my favourite genre, but definitely well done here :)
The only minor crit I have is that at first glance I thought "what's that in the middle?".
Good work on atmosphere and clouds!

"What's that in the middle?" was also my thought. I did not comment because I had to go to work. I would go with a more organic looking spaceship. It would be more exotic, not so 1970's Popular Science illustration like.
The scene would look great without the space craft. I know you're into scifi, me to, but sometimes alien looks alien without the props. :(
Fantastic as always. I agree about the ship, it looks almost like a black bar they use in films ;) Have you thought about placing it a little less in the middle? Like more of the golden ratio or so? Perhaps that would make it look even more dynamic?!
Hi Jack, I like how the green from the forest "pops" out :)
Beautiful colors in the work. I'm not going to comment on the shape of the spacecraft (:P) but I really like its strong silhouette in the composition.
Nice image Wetbanana.
The forest seems to me that it is not as the same as the background .
It looks a little apart from the rest , for me at least .
Did you do more post on the background Wetbanana ?
Kadri.

I like the image a lot, especially the large rock formations (Can you explain how to create those?) I am still learning about all the different nodes & shaders.
I agree the ship is a bit of a distraction, but I think the placement of the ship smack dab in the middle of the composition is the thing that most people are being put off by. I would place the ship in a more dramatic position and angle, for example try a composition with the ship coming into the frame from the upper Left (In the bright Spot of the image).
Great work!
I think your render is awesome..and really good, but I do think the ship needs to look a little less boxy. Linda
