Yay my hp mini 110 arrived today cost me $600nzd about $443.22usd.
comes with 1gb ram 1.6ghz cpu (intel atom) 160 gig HD
Still got a lot of work to do on it though putting in an extra gig of ram also ripping out the crummy windows 7 starter OS
and creating a dual boot with Win7 pro (or maybe Winxp x86) and mac OSX leopard 10.6.
also got a 6cell battery in the post^^
and im getting a vinyl graphic put on the back (one of my own vector designs Green of coarse!)
I would add as much ram as you can afford/fit in the machine?...good news though, I am sure(I can tell!) you are very happy!!!
:)
let the renders begin!
How does it do with the Benchmark scene? I am waiting to see what Apple's Slate computer might do.
lol its not for rendering really i have my rig for that its just for study and net browsing really
Yeah, I imagine Atom wouldn't do too well with rendering. ;D Nice and quite, low power though.

whatever, you wouldn't benefit of TG2 in it cause with that specs tg2 renders will be very SLOW... 8)
