I get this message when i check out of the store even though i have registered i fill in the detail but it just loops me back to the homepage what should i do?

it also happened to me - you must register at both the main site and the community store - appears the data bases are not joined. once i did that no problem

that's true, two accounts are required. Sorry. One for NDWA Premier Store and one for NWDA Community Store.
