Title: Object texture import
Post by: Soulbringer on February 22, 2010, 12:38:10 AM
So I was messing around with the Terragen 2 and noticed the import object feature. Is there a tutorial to show how to import an object's texture map?

Rightclick on the object, choose 'internal', and again, where you'll find the default shaders. There you can choose the texture you want, along with other settings. Save the object as tgo, or you'll loose the textures again.

Dune, you don't need to save the object as TGO. All your node networks are saved with the .tgd project.

Interesting and thanks. What about importing an animated object?

@Matt: I know, thanks. But if you want to use the object in another project, it would be wise, though.

I save my objects in tgo everytime. If it is just right for one render, it will most likely be just right in a different one.
