Je voulais savoir si c'est possible de créer des pitons rocheux ? Pouvez vous m'indiquer comment ?

Schmeerlap does these often. Use a crater shader, but change the values opposite the defaults to make it grow, not tunnel.

Yup, that's the way.

You could also, as I'd rather do, use the simple shape shader, that way you can also use the colour output of the simple shape as a mask/blending shader further down the node network. The crater shader can't be used this way - No colour output information.

Both methods will certainly work, though, to make the spires.
