I just received a copy of Terragen 2 with Xfroplants that my company purchased (via the Xfrog.com website). The individual who made the purchase has not received the license key file. What do I need to do to either have the key file sent to him or sent directly to myself?
I would contact Planetside for this directly by either mailing to registrations at planetside.co.uk or support at planetside.co.uk

You're welcome :) mailing Planetside is always best for these kind of issues. It's faster and personal.
You might consider to change the "@" to "at" in your post. I believe the staff does this to protect their addresses from searchbots.
