Yep, that's the one. It's in the 100 Horror Movie Pack from Mill Creek Entertainment.

sorry to be late, widescreen i.e. 16:9 ratio or similar. like 1280x720, etc
in tg i set image aspect ration to 1.77777 from 1.33333
