I sent an inquiry last week about getting pricing to purchace an upgrade to Terrigen 2 from my registered v9 terragen with the intent to purchace right away yet I have not received any response as of yet. Is this typical? How much of a lag time are we talking about as I need to purchse as soon as I can.

Can't speak for Planetside, but it doesn't seem as there is any upgrade pricing anymore.
