Title: Mesa Project .tgd

The .tgd from my "Strange Mesas" on the Image Sharing forum here.  If any of it looks familiar, yes I borrowed almost everything and pieced it together.  Maybe someone would be able to explain why the surface layers follow the lower terrain features altitude instead of the highs and lows of the entire planet.  Hope you enjoy!
