Very nice. It's amazing what you see if you 'travel by google earth'. Some of these can easily be used as a mask in TG to get some sort of river system, but it would indeed be great if there were a function or fractal system that could produce textures like this in TG.

maybe we will see that feature in TG4 or even TG3 :) :D

yeah i find Google Maps & Google Earth to be handy at times, especially for taking measurements of structures, etc, etc.
i also like exploring the coast & rivers.

Pretty cool. I'm sure Cypher made a very good voronoi based global river system like these at some point before in here, looked very nice.

I'm sure that if you add some smaller voronoi to a larger one, and warp it, you'll be able to find a section that might work as a river system, but it's obviously not perfect.

Which is why we need iteration noise. Patience of course.
