Don't know if this is a known, but in the atmosphere tab when you add a cloud layer the values for cloud base and cloud top are not refreshed as you make changes. You have to open another tab then return to the atmosphere tab to see the updated changes.
I noticed this too, Kevin, you have to now double-click the cloud in the node list(left) to refresh the altitudes.
I had some strange unexpected things going on with the cloud settings and wanted to look closer.
This could be the problem i had too guys.
