I attempted to contact thru the Planetside contact and the security word was never accepted. I downloaded my update of pro to pro + animation and cannot seem to get it working. Any special process?

In what way is it not working? You should have recieved a new key file, all you should need to do is replace it in your Terragen install using the "Add License Key File" option from the Help menu.

Ah-ha - therein lies the problem - never got a new key file.

It may be a email problem - if my memory serves me, which it usually does not, we had problems before. When I send a contact e-mail with 'send a copy to me' checked, I never get a copy. I believe the last time the file had to be sent directly to me at knotian@comcast.net and not through the site or forum. There seems to be some quirk only with TG related sites.
Are you still mad at the colonialists? :)

Glad to hear it. Indeed there seem to be deliverability issues to you. Perhaps more aggressive mail filtering by Comcast.
