Jesus Screensaver Christ! After one minute I couldn't watch those colored, light speed-changing, blergs! Is it an actual film footage? If yes, the director had some very crazy, eye-tiring idea... ???
Has anyone here seen this movie? I have heard nothing really good from secular sources or religious. It would be a shame if its as bad as I have been hearing because Aronofsky is one of my favorite directors. 'Requiem For a Dream' and 'PI' are two really great films. He (in my opinion) really told the truth about human defeat in Requiem.
I have heard that he uses religion that he does not believe in to sell his Humanist views on environmentalism. I think that would be incredibly cheap and sad if it is true. Aronofsky is smart enough to make his case without hijacking the bible. PI was mind bending.
I wonder what the creationists think of putting the evolution sequence in there.
