Title: Convert Windows Files Path into Linux Files Path

Hi,

We are trying to render files created on windows on our linux render farm.

Unfortunately, we have have some reference errors :

ERROR: Heightfield Hero : Cannot locate file S:\ProjectFiles\Aladin_1412\3D\worldMachine\dunes_out\hero_dune_001_smoothed_16k.ter
ERROR: Heightfield SRDune : Cannot locate file S:\ProjectFiles\Aladin_1412\3D\worldMachine\dunes_out\duna_a_smoothed_eroded_r45_8k.ter
ERROR: Heightfield centerDune : Cannot locate file S:\ProjectFiles\Aladin_1412\3D\worldMachine\dunes_out\Al_s025_0050_mg_r90wm_eroded_8k.ter
ERROR: Heightfield midground_dune : Cannot locate file S:\ProjectFiles\Aladin_1412\3D\worldMachine\midground_dune_001_4k.ter

Can you tell how to convert automatically windows file path into linux file path please ?

Hi,

You can't convert them automatically. However one thing you should try is gathering the project. This collects the project and all its assets together into a folder, and it will rewrite a copy of the project file so the paths shouldn't be a problem. This feature was designed with render farms in mind. You can find out more here:
