Hello, is there a kind soul out there who could kindly explain to me how I can get back the orange camera path in Terragen 3, which I was so fond of in Terragen 2?

It should still show. Two possibilities: maybe you have object display mode set to "hide objects", or maybe you changed the color of the camera path in Preferences -> Interface Colors. The path will of course only show if the position of the camera is animated.
