Title: wm2 colour into terragen 4

hello all,

i use world machine 2 and terragen. i was wondering can i take the colours that i have put on my world machine world and put them on a terrain in terragen.

Hi Matt and welcopme to the forum.
You should be able to output a high resolution bitmapo from WM that you can overlay on your heightmap in Terragen. As long as you use the same coordinated it should match perfectly.
You could then add more detail with subtle power fractals ontop of your bit map.

My way would be to right click on the node window, select Create shader>Colour shader>Image map shader, navigate to where you saved your WM image.
There are plenty of other ways :)
