In this case the slightly grainy look fits the overall style. Nice!

I like that there is not too much stuff distracting from the vehicle but because of that it's a bit conspicuous that the vehicle looks a bit clean.

Yeah, I get the whole clean/dirty thing. Now if there's a way to make a model look "dirty" without loads of re texturing then I'd be REAL happy to hear it. I tried to reduce the reflectivity of the model but it didn't have much effect. I had to re texture a lot of it in C4D using the default materials which may have contributed to its (lets call it shiny) look.

So, is there way to do that?

Answers on a postcard or the back of a stuck down self addressed envelope...
