Not only will they immediately see which e-mail address it needs to be send to, it's also more likely they can act quicker compared to getting online here and figuring out how and what.
Martin is indeed correct. However I can say that the only time you get the "expired" message is when you are trying to download from the links sent in your original purchase email. For various security and update reasons these links do expire, but you can always download your license key and current downloads from the My Account area of our website after logging in. http://planetside.co.uk/my-account/
If you get a message saying you have exceeded the number of downloads for your license key, then you should contact us for resolution at the above email that Martin mentioned.

That's strange, if it's the license I think it is, you should have 4 more activations. Please send an email to the above address with your license key *text* and the location where you are attempting to download and we can look into it further.
