Title: Algae WIP
Post by: WAS on September 11, 2018, 11:53:50 PM
Testing out some pond waters. How do these look? Here we have two water shaders merged. One for ambient "murky" volume, and one for subsurface algae currents. Than we have a surface algae setup of collected super buoyant colonies. The collected algae on the surface is dense enough it casts a coloured shader into the water volume (using a horizontal card object).

Thanks! Here is another WIP I did overnight at higher quality and GI settings. About 2 1/2 hours for this one.

Well done, I like the first one as it's more what I've seen this year, but they're both really good.
