I am surprised that New Zealand and Australia did not make it to the top 10. That may be because Artstation is the source of the data; I don't know if all artists are making use of Artstation.

Would agree, I don't think all artists use ArtStation. This reminds me of a similar article I read once about CG artsists, I think it's data was based on CGTalk/Society and had a similar bias.

The statistics regarding studios by city is interesting though.

Deeply flawed list I think, what about Houdini? what about lighting artists that don't use Maya or Max (who use Clarisse or Katana) SoftImage?

3066 sounds low for London - there are probably around 1000 at Dneg alone.
