Title: Salt marshes

And the first family settling. Using Daniil's excellent plugin to get the stream pattern. Much to do still...

Nice but I don't fancy living there!

Using the erosion plugin in a separate line.

Update.

Beautiful rendering, the waves with the foam on top are really eye-candy.
Well Done Dune!

I like it. Salt marshes are 'kwelders' in Dutch, right?
I just wonder why someone would want to build a house on that spot, there must be a very good reason for that. ;)

I think 'kwelders' are the pieces of land reclaimed from the mudflats, by making small dikes. Probably 'schorren' is a better word. This is supposed to be a test for a Viking time landscape, so around 700AD, with people trying to get a foothold on fertile land. Inland needs more stuff, like maybe areas of shrubs and woods, and perhaps small villages, don't know yet.

Water is not by water shader, btw, but by default shader and reflective. Was faster  ;)

In fact, I could have used a 3D table (in a complete room) and use that as 'planet'. Maybe some other day... no time now.
