Title: 90 Degrees (Vertical) strata falls back on 0
Post by: WAS on July 26, 2019, 02:33:46 PM
As title suggests. you can only go to what looks like just above 45 degrees and than it seems to stop tilting...

Additionally; 80 degrees isn't far off from 45 degrees (last image).

Seems to not be functioning correctly.

I was hoping to get 90 degree straights. Seems weird the angle isn't accurate I guess limitation of the functions at play?

I guess it's a mathematical improbability, having it calculated from altitude would prevent 90º to be used.

You'd you'd think logically altitude would be only used to map where to place basic displacement alterations to geometry. Dividing the altitude to obtain number of spacings, etc.

I don't know. Seems it could work with just computing the geometry to edit and use altitude for it's definitions, whether 45/88/90
