My laptop from China does this. Despite plugins installed, I can't view WebGL content or other 3D stuff. Not sure what that's about. I guess maybe GPU.
It doesn't say about a missing plugin, so I guess so. Old machine I'm online on. I actually should be reinvesting, but hate to do all the installations again.
