i think tg2 doesnt support jpg saving. as i convert bmp's to jpg's they loose their quality.
That's the very nature of a jpg, a loss of quality to create a smaller file size. But if you feel there is too much quality lost, try to increase the quality setting when you convert your jpgs. Very high quality jpgs usually do a good job of minimizing artifacts. For lossless compressed images, try png.
yeah people understand the lossy nature of jpegs, that and they dont want to download massive bmp's all the time :P cool scene!
