Title: Candle Light from Afar
Post by: WAS on May 03, 2021, 09:51:16 PM
Having issues with the light source and/or luminosity. When I use luminosity in PT it's a pixel show, and nothing is illuminated correctly, which is as expected.

When I use a light source, even with no visible object, it is impossible to get the glow smaller than the provided example. What's up with this? It looks like a lamp the way it fuses with the melted candle stick with subsurface scattering.

Figured it out. The subsurface scattering needs a smaller depth scale, and also apparently needed a way dense density (5.5) for even such a low light source. 1 doesn't seem like "1".
