I used the same spaceship model I had here:

I added some more stuff including populations of some structures on it.
The background cityscape is made of some free Sketchfab downloads (it's a series of photogrammetry New York scans named "Empire State Building).

Obviously inspired by "District 9". ;)

Fantastic! Very believable, I love the lighting and atmosphere too.
