Just uploaded a fountain over at Ashundar. Should be approved soon for download. It includes 2 objects;
-the main fountain
-water spraying from the fountain. Hopefully will look better when the update comes out.

Here's the TGD file. I used a standard lake object and masked it using the image included with the zip file.
